Darla Leveque - Owner

Darla loves to share her passion for ”a better way”. Her beliefs and teachings regarding healthy living, proper nutrition, natural and energy healing are guiding principles she shares at every opportunity. These core principles were honed when Darla accepted the role of primary caregiver for her loving parents. Caring for loved ones brought many revelations and led Darla to create The Laguna Woods Health and Wellness Center in Laguna Woods. Since opening last year the center has fast become a vibrant hub of health and healing in Orange County where Darla and her staff of professionals heal, teach, and share “a better way” to live.

Dr. Jaya Pancholy

I have been in practice since 2005 and have successfully worked with clients dealing with pain, sleep, stress. Chronic diseases, Trauma, emotional issues, PTSD, weight management, cancer etc. I work with Allopathy, Medical and Pharmaceutical medicines by complementing and integrating holistic modalities like nutrition, herbs, supplements, Ayurveda, homeopathy, aromatherapy, psychotherapy, Kinesio tape, and energy medicine for your optimal wellness.

Socorro Diaz

I survived a traumatic childhood and adolescence marked by domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse. I suffered even more because I closed myself to my own intuition, to the Inner Voice that we all carry within us. However, I always knew that I came into this world to help others heal and that it was absolutely necessary to start with myself.

The sessions I offer call on a unique blend of breathwork, sound immersion, and bodywork techniques to facilitate release and healing.

I am very fortunate that this healing practice transforms both me and the person I am working with, as the Divine Energy works in me and through me.

Jennifer Perez

I strived As a Natural born healer, I am also a certified Usui Reiki Master from teachings of Mikao Usui sensei (reiki founder 1922). With Certifications in Crystal Healing, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Spiritual Life Coaching and Founder of Light of Authentic Self. Currently Sharing my gift of light as a Reiki Practitioner at Laguna Health and Wellness Center.

I enjoy every opportunity to share my gift of light with such a growing loyal community. I am a dedicated health and wellness professional utilizing holistic therapies such as reiki, meditation, vibrational sound therapy and crystal healing.

With Love and Light It brings me great joy to share my gifts of the Divine to assist others align to their true authentic self in releasing seen and unseen energies in mind, body, spirit, Auric field, DNA and Quantum level that no longer serve their best and highest good, such as stress, anxiety, suppressed emotions, toxins in digestive system, discomfort in muscles and much, much more.
